These terms apply to every purchase from evenlyritual.com. By ordering you agree to them.

The product

Evenly is a complementary medicine for adults. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Evenly is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and is not a treatment for alcohol dependence. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your health professional before use. If symptoms persist, see your doctor.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, and will refund any payment taken.

Pre-orders

Founding batch orders are pre-orders. The stated shipping month is our best estimate and may change. We will tell you if it does, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships.

Subscriptions

By selecting a subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method every 30 days until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time from your order emails or by contacting us. Changes made after an order has been processed apply to the following order.

Refunds

See our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability
