What we collect

When you order, subscribe or contact us we collect your name, email, delivery address, phone number and payment details (processed by Shopify Payments; we never see your full card number). When you browse we collect device and usage data through cookies and analytics tools.

Why we collect it

To fulfil and deliver orders, manage subscriptions, respond to enquiries, send order and shipping updates, improve the site, and, with your consent, send marketing emails and texts. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the link in any message.

Who we share it with

Shopify (store and payments), our shipping carriers, our email and SMS provider, and advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) for measurement and advertising. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies, the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Access and correction

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@evenlyritual.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
