Refund policy

The 60 night guarantee

Take Evenly as directed for 60 nights. If your evenings are not more even, email us at hello@evenlyritual.com within 60 days of your first delivery and we will refund the purchase price of your first order in full. Keep the bottle. No forms, no phone calls, no proof-of-purchase hunt; we can see your order.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time from the link in your order emails or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect from the next billing date. Bottles already shipped are covered by the 60 night guarantee on the first order only.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with a photo within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
